  Lost or Delayed Parcels

Your piece is handmade and likes a little gentle care. Keep it away from direct sunlight so the colours stay fresh and happy. Wipe it with a soft dry cloth when needed. No water, no soaking, no aggressive cleaners — it’s a sensitive soul.

Avoid placing it in very humid rooms. Kitchens and bathrooms are fine as long as they are not steamy. Treat it like a small artwork, not a coaster.

Each piece is packed with care, wrapped in soft paper and cushioned so it travels safely. I pack everything as if it’s a gift, even when it’s just for you. It’s part of the joy.
